Important Message

Contractors do not perform these managerial responsibilities, so this position must be classified as an employee.

Note: The contractor assessment is based on attributes associated to an individual contractor and you will be required to name the person at the end in order to proceed.

If unsure if the person was or is an employee, please validate before proceeding or contact your HR partner for more information.

Important Message

University employees cannot be hired as independent contractors. If the individual is an active employee, follow the hiring process for an employee for a secondary job. If you need assistance with classification, contact People and Culture.

If the person was an employee within the last 12 months, speak with your HR Partner before proceeding or reset your answers and choose employee on the selection.
