Complete this form for Fall 2024 University of Calgary academic credit courses. This application is only for academic credit courses taken in the Fall 2024 session and will not be used for any future sessions

A separate application is required for each student.

Should you wish to apply for the upcoming Winter, Spring or Summer sessions, you are required to complete a separate application form. The web application form is available just prior to the start date of each session and all applications must be submitted prior to the end of day on the fee deadline date.

The Fall session deadline for submission is September 20, 2024.
