Talent Management

Our Centres of Expertise (COE) are small, highly specialized teams that provide deep subject matter expertise and are responsible for designing, developing, evaluating and monitoring policies, practices, programs and initiatives.

The Centres of Expertise work collaboratively with other P&C teams to support clients.

  1. Talent Acquisition

    Our talent acquisition team is responsible for the design and implementation of talent attraction programs and strategies, including

    • end-to-end full service recruitment for senior and hard-to-fill roles,
    • development and implementation of training and resources to support hiring managers and management with recruitment and selection,
    • development of equity, diversity, inclusion and Indigenous engagement recruitment initiatives.

  2. Talent Development

    Our talent development team is responsible for the design and implementation of talent retention and development programs for our faculty and staff, including:

    • internal learning and leadership development programs
    • performance management
    • employee engagement
    • organizational effectiveness
    • organizational development
    • facilitation
    • team effectiveness
    • change management services
