ULearn was developed for UCalgary employees to build skills on the job and enhance our rich culture of learning. For more information on ULearn, please connect with support below.
All employees are welcome to participate in the ULearn programs, which are divided into three core learning streams: UBegin, UGrow, and ULead. These professional development courses are designed to benefit employees at every stage of their career, regardless of their role or department.
Manager approval is not required to enrol in most learning opportunities in Enterprise Learning. However, please coordinate with your manager to schedule these learning opportunities at times that are most convenient and appropriate.

What support will be available to help me finish the program?
