Kananaskis and Rundle Halls offer dormitory-style living in fully furnished single and double rooms (double rooms will be limited for the 2021/2022 academic year). You also have the option of living in a gender neutral wing or in a single-gender wing, and a choice of a 5 or 7 Day All You Care to Eat meal plans. Kananaskis and Rundle Halls were some of the first buildings built on campus in 1966, the buildings received a major facelift in the summer of 2009 and 2010.

- Three wings per floor (one male, one female, and one gender neutral) with a maximum of 20 students per wing
- Community washrooms on every wing
- Card operated laundry facilities on every floor and more in the basement
- Designated study space on main floor
- Rooms are 196 square feet
- Each room is equipped with a mini-fridge, a twin XL single bed, desk, chair, bookshelf, dresser, bulletin board, and closet
- Water, power, heat, and WiFi are included in residence fees
