Residence move-in is one of the most exciting events at the University of Calgary each year. This year we will welcome over 2,800 students to their new home on Sunday, August 28. Volunteers make students' move-in day welcoming and an event to remember. If you would like to volunteer your energy and enthusiasm to Move-in 2022, complete the registration form. Residence Services will contact volunteers with more information on Aug. 20, 2022.
Residents that volunteer will be able to move in one day prior (Saturday, August 27).
Move-in Volunteer Information

8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Volunteers will help residents move items from their vehicle to their room. Lifting and carrying items will be required.
Volunteers will receive breakfast, lunch and memories that will last a lifetime.
This position requires students to be in good conduct standing for non-academic misconduct.
