You can submit a maintenance request by filling out an Archibus request form or by calling Customer Care, Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at 403.220.7555. How to fill out an Archibus request form.
By submitting a residence maintenance request you are giving residence services the right to enter you unit during maintenance business hours, 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. 7 days a week, to fix the problem.
