Submit a Maintenance Request
Submit a residence maintenance request for any issues that you have in your unit or in common areas that you would like our residence maintenance team to fix.
By submitting a residence maintenance request you are giving residence services the right to enter you unit during maintenance business hours, 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. 7 days a week, to fix the problem. If you have any issues please contact Customer Care Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at 403.220.7555. Outside of these hours you can contact our main office at 403.220.8300.
If you have a major emergency, flood, fire, door not working, etc. contact our office immediately during business hours or your Community Advisor on call.
Note: none of the residence buildings have air conditioning (AC).
