Important Information on Wired Internet in Residence
- Wired connections should work immediately once your device is connected to the Ethernet port in your bedroom.
- If the connection is not working, the port may have been deactivated due to inactivity. Submit an activation request using the form below.
- Ethernet ports can only be activated in residence bedrooms.
- Ethernet ports located in shared spaces, such as living rooms or floor lounges, cannot be activated.
- If multiple Ethernet ports are present in your bedroom, only one will be active.
- Port activation requests are reviewed by UService IT. Before requesting a wired connection, we encourage residents to use UC‑Secure or AirUC‑Guest whenever possible.
