Important Information on Wired Internet in Residence

  • Wired connections should work immediately once your device is connected to the Ethernet port in your bedroom.
    • If the connection is not working, the port may have been deactivated due to inactivity. Submit an activation request using the form below.
  • Ethernet ports can only be activated in residence bedrooms.
    • Ethernet ports located in shared spaces, such as living rooms or floor lounges, cannot be activated.
    • If multiple Ethernet ports are present in your bedroom, only one will be active.
  • Port activation requests are reviewed by UService IT. Before requesting a wired connection, we encourage residents to use UC‑Secure or AirUC‑Guest whenever possible.
