Departments renting buses/drivers for University purposes should arrange such rental through Supply Chain Management with the preferred supplier.
All bus companies must retain a minimum of $10 million auto liability insurance and provide the University with a Certificate of Insurance evidencing such. If the bus company is not the preferred supplier (i.e. they were unable to provide the service on the dates required by the department), the department should contact Risk Management & Insurance at email@example.com to review the Certificate of Insurance to ensure that it is appropriate.
