Dino Nation
Dino Nation encourages school spirit and a connection to Dino Athletics game-day events.
Global Citizens Working Group
This Working Group fosters cross-cultural competence and empathy through celebration and appreciation. Examples of events include a Ramadan social, Lunar New Year party, or a celebration during Black History Month.
Good Health and Wellbeing Working Group
This Working Group plans events for residents to develop the skills needed to live interdependently, with a focus on mental health and well-being.
Residence Rainbow Council
The Residence Rainbow Council is a student run organization formed by and built for the University of Calgary lgbtq+ residence community. Our goal is to provide lgbtq+ programs, events, advocacy, education, and outreach for all UCalgary residence. We are a community that fosters a safe, loving, and inclusive space for all.
SGBV Prevention at Residence Committee (SPARC)
SPARC promotes the prevention of sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) in Residence by fostering a culture of consent, respect, and healthy relationships. Through peer education and community-building, the group supports students in navigating shared living spaces and relationship dynamics with care and accountability.
Sustainability Working Group
This Working Group organizes Residence-wide initiatives around sustainability and food security for residents.
