Abbey Kind

Biography

Abbey represented the University of Calgary Faculty of Law on a local and national level. As part of the Faculty of Law’s competitive mooting program, she placed as the Top Respondent at the 2019 Donald Bowman National Tax Moot and competed at the 2020 Davies’ Corporate/Securities Moot. Abbey has co-authored two publications in tax law and performed tax law research for one of her professors under the Nerland Lindsey Tax Law Fellowship.  Abbey is currently an articling student at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP in Calgary.
