Employee Engagement Survey
Employee engagement survey results provide us with an important assessment of how well we work together to ensure a culture of respect and recognition, build commitment and trust in leadership, and create a “one university family” environment.
Starting in 2011 and continuing through 2017, the University of Calgary conducted bi-annual engagement surveys. The results of these surveys, both at the University and the Faculty/Unit level, are available for all employees to review. Executive and senior leadership team members are accountable for developing and implementing engagement action plans to enhance engagement and enablement levels within their faculties and units.
