Are you considering applying to UCalgary?
Visit us for a campus tour – get a feel for your campus by signing up for a tour. You’ll visit classrooms, residences, athletic facilities and receive answers to your most pressing questions.
Your tour guide will be able to answer your questions throughout the tour, or plan to stay for an extra 30 minutes to participate in a group advising session with your peers.

Advising appointments – Schedule a time to connect with one of our advisors. You can choose to connect on-campus or virtually by zoom.
Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m MST (in-person available from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
We recommend booking an appointment if:
you have a varied or complex academic history,
you’d like to discuss the specifics of your admission decision, or
your application was not successful and you'd like to discuss next steps.
Appointments can be booked online as they become available
Non-medical face masks are required in all indoor areas on the University of Calgary Campuses.
Advisors are available by phone during our regular hours of operation.
We recommend connecting with us by phone if:
- you have multiple questions,

Our recruitment team is available to support prospective students, parents and guidance counselors – near and far.
Private meetings can be booked with the recruiter for your region either virtually, or in-person when we visit your city or school.
