Katherine McCall

Biography

Kate McCall left a career in engineering to pursue her love of education. She is currently teaching math and science at St Thomas More Collegiate in Burnaby, B.C. Kate is passionate about building a growth mindset, encouraging conceptual understanding, and teaching real world mathematical thinking. She is also part of a task force to incorporate cross-curricular design projects in Grade 8 and 9 classes.
