  • Offered annually to continuing undergraduate students in the Schulich School of Engineering
  • Extra-curricular activities which exemplified Bill Howard such as, involvement in student activities, campus organizations, volunteer groups or international technical aid groups
  • Academic merit. Minimum GPA of 2.60.
