  2. Cancellation policy

To ensure we can respond to all requests for appointments and to avoid fees, please give one full business days’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. All missed appointments will now be subject to a no-show fee.

  3. Forms and fees

You can download and fill out intake forms before your appointment.

Most of our medical and mental health services are covered by provincial health care.

Nutrition, massage and chiropractic appointments have reasonable fees.

Any uninsured services (sick note, third party medical, etc.) also have fees.

Our clinic accepts Visa, Mastercard, debit and cheque as forms of payment.

Students without valid medical insurance can still access services, such as psychiatry, for a fee.

  4. Student health plans

Undergraduate students are automatically enrolled in the health and dental plan through the Students’ Union.

Graduate students have their health and dental plan through the Graduate Students’ Union.

International UCalgary students should verify they have valid medical insurance.

Out-of-province billings are not permitted for virtual care visits unless you are a Northwest Territories resident. Please seek in-person medical care in your local area if you live outside of Alberta.

If you’re a Quebec resident, you’ll need to pay for your service and arrange for reimbursement through Quebec Health Care.
