REGISTERING WITH SAS:

It can take time to organize academic accommodations and funding for disability-related services. As there are deadlines to receive accommodations each semester, a prospective student is strongly encouraged to begin the SAS registration process as early in the semester as possible. For more information on the registration process, please see How To Register and/or contact SAS

COVID-19:

Remote support: Student Accessibility Services is open for remote assistance. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to connect with us by phone, e-mail, or through our Virtual Front Desk

Physical office: The Student Accessibility Services office is closed until further notice.

Due to our reduced hours, there will be delays in processing documentation sent by fax or mail. Documentation sent in by email will not be affected.

ClockWork:

Student Accessibility Services uses a data management and test administration system called ClockWork.

ClockWork will use the Preferred Name indicated in your Student Centre on the Letter of Accommodation. For information on updating your name, please consult this page: Updating Your Personal Information.
