Student Accessibility Services
Updates
Hours: The Student Accessibility Services office is currently open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday to Friday.
Advising appointments: Advising appointments are currently being conducted as a mix of in-person and remote meetings. Please contact the office for more information on appointments.
Registering with SAS:
It can take time to organize academic accommodations and funding for disability-related services. As there are deadlines to receive accommodations each semester, a prospective student is strongly encouraged to begin the SAS registration process as early in the semester as possible. For more information on the registration process, please see How To Register and/or contact SAS.
ClockWork:
Student Accessibility Services uses a data management and test administration system called ClockWork.
- Students can request accommodation letters, book exams/tests/quizzes, and check upcoming scheduled appointments and test bookings by logging into the ClockWork Student Services portal.
- Instructors can view accommodations for students in their courses and tell us about and upload upcoming exams/tests/quizzes through the ClockWork Instructor portal.
ClockWork will use the Preferred Name indicated in your Student Centre on the Letter of Accommodation. For information on updating your name, please consult this page: Updating Your Personal Information.
