Academic Staff Certificate in University Teaching and Learning

The Academic Staff Certificate in University Teaching and Learning helps instructors develop research-informed and scholarly teaching skills, reflect on their practice, and build their teaching dossier. Drawing on Kenny et al.’s (2017) Teaching Expertise Framework, the certificate emphasizes that university teaching is complex and evolves through continuous learning over time (Hendry and Dean, 2002; Kreber, 2002).
