Individual Development Planning (IDP)

The Individual Development Plan (IDP) helps you reflect on your goals, strengths, and priorities, and turn them into clear, achievable actions. It guides you to set 1–2 key development areas, plan practical learning experiences, and discuss your goals with your leader. The IDP is flexible, employee‑owned, and reviewed every few months. It supports growth and career exploration—not performance evaluation or commitments to future roles.
