Intramural Sports provides a many different options for soccer, competitive mixed and men's soccer league for those players looking for a more challenging game or recreational leagues for those that want fun over competition. Mixed Teams are required to have at least 2 players of the opposite gender on the field at all times. Competitive Leagues include Team Standings & Playoffs.
Important Information for Participants:
Participants must not attend class if they are sick, or a member of their household is sick, even if symptoms resemble a mild cold. Symptoms to look for include: fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, runny nose, nasal congestion, headache, and a general feeling of being unwell.
Intramurals Learn to Play
Want to learn some different sports before joining one of Intramural leagues. Then this program is for you.
Each sport will have 2 weeks of instruction and small game play to get you ready to play on a team in the next semester. Sports included are soccer, spikeball, volleyball, basketball, esports, dodgeball, just to name a few.

-All teams are required to provide their own set of jersyes. (Competitive Leagues) prefered with numbers, this can be a set of pinnies, set of same colour shirts, or jerseys. Intramurals is trying minimize contact points between participants and staff.
All players must not attend if feeling unwell.
Intramurals Recreational Outdoor Soccer
Spring/Summer 2024 Registration Opens April 2.
Play the worlds favorite game!
Recreational soccer will feature teams that may have some skilled players, but also many inexperienced players and the team as a whole is just in it for the fun. Teams in these divisions must have a “fun first” approach to every game. Emphasis is on fun and sportsmanship. There are no officials or standings in the recreational leagues. Mixed recreational soccer leagues have gender minimums. Traditional format is 9/2 for 11 a side soccer. Our recreational soccer leagues are geared for sportsmanship, with an emphasis on fun over competition. Intramurals offers leagues on various days, choose the one that suits you and your team best.
All participants must complete the sport specific waiver, this will be on your active living profile once you have added to the roster by your captain, before you will be allowed to participate. NO WAIVER NO PLAY POLICY WILL BE STRICKLY ENFORCED. Paper and electronic copies will not be accepted.
All players must not attend if feeling unwell.
Mixed teams are required to have a minimum of 2 players of the opposite gender on the field. For outdoor soccer the format is traditionaly a 9/2 format, but can be any variation.
Spring/Summer leagues will be on Mon/Wed or Tue/Thu. Teams will play once per week for 12 weeks.
Fall leagues will be scheduled for 8 games Monday/Wednesday league.
Intramurals will have on onsite supervisor/first aid person present. There are no officials, standings or playoffs in the recreational leagues.
