The conference had a two stage review process. Short papers were reviewed first and authors of accepted papers were invited to optionally submit a full paper that was subjected to a second round of peer review. Accepted full papers were submitted to IEEE Xplore for publication while accepted short papers were published in USB proceedings(ISBN 978-1-4673-8401-8) that were distributed on site to all attendees. The USB proceedings also included the accepted full papers, poster abstracts and PhD forum abstracts.
