The Faculty of Graduate Studies
The Faculty of Graduate Studies is responsible for all graduate programs leading to degrees of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.), Master of Science (M.Sc.) and other Master's degrees and diplomas in all of the other Faculties of the University.
The Graduate Education Committee
The Gastrointestinal Sciences Graduate Program is administered by the Graduate Education Committee, or GEC. This committee consists of four members: a Chair, two Full Faculty Members of GIRG and one graduate student (elected by graduate students in the program). The GEC is ultimately responsible for ensuring that students meet all of the requirements of the graduate program.
