Rogers Wireless now has extended roaming on its network for the Calgary region. That means Rogers and Fido customers have full coverage without using the wifi-calling feature. Those customers will have coverage while their phones are in roaming mode. The network will show as Rogers-EXT when active.
Wind can also roam on the network but extra costs may apply.
More information about extended coverage for Rogers customers can be found here: http://www.rogers.com/business/ab/en/smallbusiness/support/faqs/extendednetworkcoverage/
