ULead: The Academy

ULead: The Academy is our cohort-based leadership development program for academic leaders who want to strengthen their skills while building a supportive peer community. The next offering of ULead The Academy starts on February 27, 2026. 

Through six sessions from February to June 2026, participants explore evidence-based leadership approaches, deliberately practice skills in your real-world context, and develop lasting collegial connections.

The program begins with a full-day session (February 27, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm) followed by five afternoon sessions (March 27, April 17, May 7, May 29, and June 12, all 1-4 pm). A final wrap-up session will be scheduled three months after completion.

This program is open to all academic leaders currently in an academic leadership appointment. Participants must be able to attend all sessions, so please review the schedule before applying.
