C.2 Mathematics Diagnostic Test

The Mathematics Diagnostic Test is a 60 minute test of the student's mastery of topics in Mathematics 30-1. The test is offered during the week preceding the start of classes in each of the Fall, Winter and Spring Terms.

After receiving their notice of admission, newly admitted students who wish to write the Mathematics Diagnostic Test are advised to do so at the earliest opportunity.

The fee is $50.00 per attempt; to a maximum of two attempts. The fee must be paid through one of the acceptable methods listed in section P.4.2 (Methods of Payment) in advance of the test date. Students are required to register with the Department of Mathematics and Statistics prior to the date of the test as seating is limited. Students are required to present proof of payment and proof of identity to write the test.
