To be eligible for the early registration fee, forms and payment must be received by Conference Concepts by May 15, 2004.
Full Delegate and Presenting Students Fees include: Proceedings CD, Sessions, Breaks, Reception, Lunches and Banquet. Please note the BBQ/Fun Night is an additional cost.
Reduced Student Rate (non presenting) includes: Proceedings CD, Sessions, Breaks, Reception and Lunches. Please note Banquet and BBQ/Fun Night are additional costs.
All fees are quoted in Canadian funds and include 7% GST (Goods and Services Tax). GST # 87250 8510.

Payment of Fees
Payment must accompany the completed registration forms in order to be processed. Registration will not be considered until full payment is received. For ease of currency exchange we recommend use of credit cards. Credit cards are processed through Conference Concepts, Calgary. Acceptable methods of payment are:

Money Order Cheque (Payable to Conference Concepts)
Cancellations
In the unfortunate event that a registration must be cancelled, a full refund (less $50 administration fee and paper contribution deposit) will be issued provided written notification is received by Conference Concepts on or before June 10, 2004. No refunds will be issued after that date.
