Accommodation
A block of rooms has been booked for delegates at the Westin Hotel. All delegates shall make reservations directly with the Hotel at (403) 266-1611 or through Operator's Central Reservation Office at 1-800-937-8461 on an individual basis. Please identify yourself as member the ACMBS-IV Conference. You are encouraged to book early even if you have to cancel or change your reservation at a later date. Please print and complete the Hotel Reservation Form and send it directly to the hotel.

| Accommodation is at a premium due to the Calgary Exhibition & Stampede which runs July 9-18. If you are planning to arrive early, we advise you to book as soon as possible even if you have to cancel or change your reservation at a later date. |
