Call for Papers

Authors are invited to submit 300-word abstracts related to the topics listed as soon as possible, but not later than October 15, 2003. Please indicate the relevant conference topic on the abstract. All papers should be original, not published elsewhere. Preliminary selection of papers will be based on review of the abstracts. Final acceptance will be based on review of the full papers. Both the abstracts and the full papers will be reviewed by an international scientific committee. All papers to be presented in the conference will be published in the proceedings which will be available at the conference.

Authors are encouraged to submit the abstracts, together with the pre-registration form, by e-mail (in MS Word or PDF format) to:

Alternatively, the abstracts can be sent by fax or by traditional post to the Conference Secretariat
