Conference Proceedings

The Conference Proceedings will include keynote and all contributed papers. The Proceedings will be published on a CD-ROM and a printed volume of abstracts, which will be available to the delegates at the Conference. Cost of the Proceedings CD and printed abstracts is included in the registration fee. Additional Proceedings will be available at a cost of $30 each. Printed copies of the Proceedings will be available after the Conference at a cost of $150 each.
