Dr. Carolyn Emery
Dr. Carolyn Emery, in her role as Chair of the Sport Injury Prevention Research Centre, leads an accomplished, multidisciplinary team from a wide variety of backgrounds. Within our team are representatives from the fields of epidemiology, biostatistics, orthopaedic surgery, sport medicine, physical therapy, athletic therapy, health economics, health psychology, sociology, biomechanics, mechanical engineering, and bone and joint health science. We have built an international network of researchers, clinicians, students, and knowledge users to directly connect the world's leading injury prevention experts with the sport associations, schools, coaches, teachers, athletes, and families who are the focus of our work.
