Notice about transcripts: Over the holiday break while the University is closed, students may still request official transcripts through their Student Centre. Any requests submitted from Dec. 21, 2016 to Jan. 1, 2017 will be processed the week of Jan. 2.
An official transcript outlines your complete academic record at the university up until the day it is printed and includes:
- Student Name
- Student ID Number
- Day and Month of Birth
- Program and Faculty
- All courses currently registered in, attempted or completed and grades received
- Grade point average (GPA) for each term
- Units (credits) per course
- Degrees Awarded
- Transfer credits received
- Honours and awards received
- Current academic standing (e.g. probation, suspension) and non-academic misconduct conditions
Your official transcript is a record of your academic activity and cannot be altered in any way.

To view the status of your request, click the "View a Transcript That You Previously Requested" button on the "Request Official Transcript" page. You'll receive an email notification once your transcript has been processed. Please ensure that your Student Centre information is up-to-date. If you cannot access the Student Centre, please visit the IT eID Support page for further assistance.
