  • Affiliation with the Calgary Highlanders (e.g. current or prior service in Calgary Highlanders, or have a parent or grandparent who served in the Calgary Highlanders)
  • In the event there is no eligible candidate, then the award is offered to a student who meets the conditions of this award with the exception of the Calgary Highlanders affiliation.
