On Convocation day, the webcast will begin about ten minutes before the scheduled start time of the ceremony.
There are eight convocation ceremonies in June, 2012:

- Tuesday, June 5th, 2012--2:00 PM
- Wednesday, June 6th, 2012--9:30 AM
- Thursday, June 7th, 2012--9:30 AM
- Thursday, June 7th, 2012--2:00 PM
- Friday, June 8th, 2012--9:30 AM
