Support

The IT Support Centre offers extended hours during the first three weeks of the Fall and Winter terms from 8AM - 8PM. Limited after hours support is available for system outages, accounts, and password resets by leaving a voice message at 403.220.5555. Messages that are not responded to by after hours support personnel will be attended to when the IT Support Centre reopens.
