Transitional care for type 1 diabetes: The Certified Diabetes Educator perspective.
Summary
We are looking for participants in our qualitative research study seeking to understand the perspectives of registered nurses working as certified diabetes educators on the transition of adolescents from pediatric to adult diabetes care programs.

Eligible gender: Male, Female, Transgender, Other
Accepts healthy participants: Yes
Inclusion criteria:
You may qualify to participate if:
• You are a Registered Nurse working as a Certified Diabetes Educator in Calgary
• Have experience working with those transitioning, or have transitioned to adult diabetes
care centres
• Are able to participate in one 30 minute interview over Zoom
