Refractory Chronic Cough, Including Unexplained Chronic Cough (CALM-1)

Summary

The purpose of this clinical research study is to look at whether the investigational study drug, BLU-5937, works and how safe it is in adults with refractory chronic cough (RCC).

If you choose to take part, you will be in the study for up to 1.5 years. The study will consist of a 4-week screening period, a 55-week study drug treatment period, a 24-week open-label period, and a 2-week follow-up period.

Eligible gender: Male, Female, Transgender, Other

Eligible ages: 18 to 80

Inclusion criteria:

You might be eligible to participate in this trial if:

1) 18 years of age to 80 years of age
2) you have Refractory Chronic Cough, Including Unexplained Chronic Cough

Exclusion criteria:

You might not be eligible to participate in this trial if:
1) you do not have Refractory Chronic Cough, Including Unexplained Chronic Cough
2) you are under the age of 18
3) you are pregnant
