Health App for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
Summary
This study would like to find out if people with irritable bowel syndrome find a health application we developed helpful in managing their IBS symptoms and improving their overall health. To achieve this goal, we are seeking participants for two groups. The first group called the intervention group, will have access to the LyfeMD app for 12 weeks, which includes features such as physical activity, yoga, diet, mental health, and the support of a health coach. The second group, that is the control group, will be asked to complete surveys emailed to them during week 0, week 6, and week 12.
Both groups will receive a Fitbit, which they can keep after completing the study.
