Summary
If you’ve taken psychedelics or have chosen not to - we want to hear from you! Heroic Hearts Canada is a registered Canadian charity helping veterans through safe, effective, and life-changing psychedelic assisted therapies in Canada and worldwide. To learn more we are running a study using a confidential survey on veterans’ experiences learning about and/or seeking out psychedelics for self-help. Your input will improve our understanding of your healing journey and the role of psychedelics, and will help improve care for veterans in Canada.

Eligible gender: Male, Female, Transgender, Other
Eligible ages: 18 to 99
Accepts healthy participants: Yes
Inclusion criteria:
You Are Eligible To Participate If You Are:
1. Military veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF)
2. Canadian citizen (including PR, refugee, landed, citizen)
3. Over 18 years old
Exclusion criteria:
You Are Not Eligible To Participate If You Are:
1. Unable to sign your own informed consent
