I am delighted to welcome you to the website for The University of Calgary – Qatar. This branch campus of The University of Calgary is being developed with generous funding from the Qatar Authority to provide state-of-the-art nurse education and research programs to assist Qatar to develop and retain a world-class nursing workforce.
All programs delivered at the campus are equivalent to the programs offered at the University of Calgary in Canada and shall involve award winning teachers from Calgary. Our aim is to exceed Qatari expectations for the quality of our programs, for our contribution to health services in Qatar, and for the relevance and impact of our research programs.
