Joint Oversight Board
 A Joint Oversight Board appointed by the Qatar Authority and The University of Calgary will oversee the development and performance of The University of Calgary - Qatar.

Terms of Reference
The responsibilities of the Joint Oversight Board are to oversee:

1. The performance of UC-Q.
2. The Academic programs at UC-Q;
3. Student enrolment at UC-Q.
4. Training and research programs at UC-Q;
5. UC-Q’s relationships with Qatari businesses and governmental agencies;
6. Quality assurance at UC-Q;
7. Strategic, operational and budget planning;
8. Dispute resolution;
9. Financial and audit reports; and
10. Such other responsibility as may be assigned to the Joint Oversight Board with the mutual agreement of the Qatar Authority and The University of Calgary.
