Dinos Soccer Camps
Dinos Sport Camps aim to provide all participants with a positive learning experience in a fun and memorable sport camp environment. Whether you are new to a sport, or have been playing for years; Dinos Sport Camps will help you to elevate your game. Our camps are designed to help you develop to the next level of play. Dinos Sport Camps offer a blend of sport-specific and general athletics development opportunities, allowing participants an opportunity to develop their athletic skills, tune their sporting technique, get ready for the upcoming season and have a great time in the process. Participants will develop both individual and team skills as they work on sport specific and general skill progressions through drills, games and scrimmages. Participants will gain confidence and improved fitness levels knowing they are learning their sport from current and former Dinos athletes and coaches. All participants will receive a Dinos season pass and camp t-shirt.
Kick it into high gear with a Dinos Soccer Camp! Camp participants will be given the opportunity to learn and develop both individual and team soccer skills including dribbling, passing and shooting. Introduction to these specific skills will be done though games, drills and scrimmages, which will be modified for each group to ensure a positive learning experience. Learn offensive and defensive techniques and game-play strategy. With instruction by current Dinos players and coaches your technical skills are sure to show a roaring improvement on the pitch.
Dinos men's and women's soccer are top contenders in Canada West competition. The women's soccer team competed at USPORTS national championships in 2018, finishing second in Canada West.
Soccer camps are an outdoor camp, all participants need to be prepared for inclement weather.

Recreational Outdoor Soccer
Play the worlds favorite game!
Fall 2019 Registration starts August 19.
Recreational soccer will feature teams that may have some skilled players, but also many inexperienced players and the team as a whole is just in it for the fun. Teams in these divisions must have a “fun first” approach to every game. Emphasis is on fun and sportsmanship. There are no officials or standings in the recreational leagues. Mixed recreational leagues have gender minimums.

Mens & Women's only recreational divisions.
Our recreational soccer leagues are geared for sportsmanship, with an emphasis on fun over competition. Intramurals offers leagues on various days, choose the one that suits you and your team best.
Spring/Summer leagues will be scheduled for 9 or 11 games. We offer 4 leagues, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
Register in more than one UofC spring/summer soccer league and recieve a discount for the 2nd one. To have the discount applied, you will have to register over the phone at 403.220.7749.
Spring/Summer Soccer Leagues, the team fee works out to be $3.50 per player/game based on a 16 player roster.
Fall leagues will be scheduled for 8 games on our Monday/Wednesday league.
Intramurals will have on onsite supervisor/first aid person present. There are no officials, standings or playoffs in these leagues. Outdoor soccer player minimum ratio is 8/3 (8 males/3 females or the other way)

Mixed Competitive Outdoor Soccer
Fall 2019 registration opens August 19
Intramural Sports provides a competitive mixed and men's soccer league for those players looking for a more challenging game. Mixed Teams are required to have at least 3 players of the opposite gender on the field at all times. Competitive Leagues include Team Standings & Playoffs.
