Information pages describing each Co-operative Education/Internship program and application forms are available on the Career Services Co-op/Internship page (live-ucalgary.ucalgary.ca/student-services/careers).

Information is also available at the Arts Co-op Office (SS 102), Engineering Career Centre (EN C 205), the Haskayne Undergraduate Programs Office (SH 343), and the Undergraduate Science Centre (SB 149).

Students in the Faculty of Arts normally apply in the Fall Term of their second year of study for admission in the same term. The application deadline is October 15.

Students in Schulich School of Engineering apply by October 15 in the Fall Term of their third year.

Applications to the Haskayne Co-operative Education program are accepted twice a year by the February 1 and November 1 deadlines. Direct entry students normally apply in the fall of their second year in the Bachelor of Commerce program. Transfer students normally apply by February 1 following completion of 60 units applicable towards the Bachelor of Commerce program.

The deadline for students in the Faculty of Science is February 1.

Students should be aware that the Career Development Workshop or equivalent is a requirement for admission. For the Faculty of Arts the pre-employment workshops are held after admission to the program.
