University of Calgary Calendar 2019-2020 Academic Regulations G. Examinations and Tests G.2 Proof of Identity G.2.1 Tests
G.2.1 Tests

Invigilators of any tests may require a student to produce proof of identity either in the form of the University of Calgary (UNICARD) or government-issued photo ID.

If there is clear evidence that impersonation has occurred, the individual shall not be permitted to continue the test and shall be reported immediately to the Dean of the faculty in which the course is offered. Disciplinary action may be taken. A student who is not able to provide acceptable proof of identity may be permitted to continue the test if the student agrees to provide verification within one business day of the scheduled test. If verification is not provided, the student is referred to the Dean of their home faculty for disciplinary action consideration.
