are you a neonatal nurse and interested in neonatal neurological examination?
by participating in this study you will have the opportunity to learn about neonatal neurological examination and perform hands-on examination on healthy newborns using innovative technology like virtual reality
Eligibility
Eligible gender: Male, Female, Transgender, Other
Eligible ages: 20 to 60
Accepts healthy participants: Yes
Inclusion criteria:
If you are neonatal nurse with no prior hands-on experience in neonatal neurological examination then you are illegible to participate . you will be randomized into one of two groups:
1-traditional teaching group which will involve didactic session, watching teaching video , watching a demonstration of the exam on live baby , and performed independent neurological exam
2-Virtual reality group which will involve didactic session, watching teaching video , using virtual reality neurological exam model , and performed independent neurological exam
Exclusion criteria:
if you have previous hands-on experience in neonatal neurological examination then you are not eligible for this study
