Listening to Emotion in Speech
Summary
How we communicate with each other is a very complex process! Understanding between a speaker and listener depends on a number of factors including perspective taking and shared knowledge. We’re interested in examining how communicative abilities develop in children and seeing how they can pay attention to emotion in speech.

Eligible gender: Male, Female, Transgender, Other
Eligible ages: 3 to 5
Accepts healthy participants: Yes
Inclusion criteria:
English learning 4- and 5-year-olds
