Attention and well being

Summary

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between individual's thought patterns and their well being. This study will take place entirely online. You will be asked to complete a set of questionnaires related to your well being and attentional preferences. You may also be asked to answer short surveys (that take 1 minute to complete) sent to you several times a day for a period of 7-14 days via a mobile device. These short surveys will ask you about your emotional state and attention or thought patterns.

During the study, we may contact you several times to ensure that we can answer any of your questions. The University of Calgary Conjoint Faculties Research Ethics Board has approved this research study.

Eligibility

Currently recruiting participants: No

Eligible gender: Male, Female, Transgender, Other

Eligible ages: 18 to 25

Accepts healthy participants: Yes

Inclusion criteria:

You are eligible to participate if you
1) are 18-25 years of age,
2) are an undergraduate student,
3) are able to read, write and speak English.
