Welcome Home Ambassadors


Welcome Home Ambassadors (WHA) will be scheduled to work from Friday, August 22 to Monday, September 1. The purpose of the WHA is to welcome residents to their new home

The job will entail helping students move their belongings to their residence room after they have checked in at the CSC. While walking them to their room, the WHA will be able to answer any questions they might have about residence or UCalgary.

We are looking for students that are outgoing and excited about residence and the University of Calgary

  • The pay will be $15/hour.
  • Must be a student enrolled at the University of Calgary for the Fall 2025 term.
  • Must also be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Those that will be considered for the position will be contacted by August 16, 2025

This position requires students to be in good conduct standing for non-academic misconduct.
