If you are vacating residence please complete the form below.

All vacating notices must be submitted with support documentation. Vacating notices submitted without proper supporting documentation will not be approved. Please contact our office at 403-220-3210 or residence@ucalgary.ca with any questions you may have.

All applicable keys to your room/unit, building entrances, tunnels, study rooms, community rooms, mail boxes and laundry cards must be returned to residence services. Failure to return all your items will result in additional charges. 
By completing and submitting this form, I certify that I have read and agree to this document in full, and that the information given above is accurate. I acknowledge that I am responsible for all charges up to and including the date I have listed as the date I am vacating Residence. I acknowledge that failure to give appropriate notice will result in my Residence account being charged up to and including each day outlined in my Residence Services Agreement. I acknowledge that Vacating Notices are approved at the discretion of the Housing Services Coordinator.
