Angela Harder has been cooking and planning menus in the backcountry for the past 20 years, and in this course you'll learn the latest in outdoor cooking (and get a few tips/tricks as well). Part A covers the basics. Part B is all about dehydrating. Part C is focused on baking with stoves and Dutch ovens. In these courses you'll get a chance to try your hand at cooking and we'll all enjoy a group-prepared feast at the end. Take one part or all of them.
