Urban Outdoor Camps leave the University Campus for most activities to explore what Calgary has to offer. There’s so much to do outside, right within the city limits! Because we’ll be outside most of the time— rain or shine—participants are expected to bring a water bottle, lunch and weather appropriate clothing including a rain jacket and rain pants every day. Additional camp-specific required items are in the details below. Transportation will depend on the camp but may include: cycling, Calgary Transit, walking, or chartered buses.

Dinos Swimming Camps

Our certified University of Calgary Swim Club coaches provide a technique-based program with a focus on all four strokes, starts and turns. Each day consists of two swim sessions (morning and afternoon).

Please note that this program is delivered by Dinos Athletics and registered through UofC Active Living.
